Himalayan Yak bar

Authentic and deeply rooted in tradition, these Himalayan Yak bars are a testament to an ancient craft. The Yak milk is sourced directly from small-scale Nepalese farms, each bar is forged using the original Himalayan methods.

While many other versions rely heavily on cow’s milk, these Yak bars are composed of at least 85% genuine yak milk.

During the mixing process, real, vibrant fruits are added in, accented by a deliberate pinch of salt and a squeeze of lime to refine the texture and flavour.

To ensure a long-lasting, durable chew, around 8% of cow’s milk is included in the fruit-flavored varieties to enhance their hardness.
